AL MENARA PERMANENT SHOW
In 2003, Pierre Marcout created another exceptionally artistic event in Marrakech: Al Menara. Each evening, the famous Royal Menara basin was transformed. Captivating sights, enchanting sounds, mystic dances, and colorful comedies illustrated the fascinating history of Marrakech. This unique show featured 50 Moroccan dancers, aerial acrobats, court comedians, and horse riders, all recruited and trained for the event. The show used the highest performance technology, including pyrotechnics and projections of images onto screens in the water basin. The Heritage Vision Society, headed by Henry Chabert, directed the show while also enlisting Ahmed Tanjaoui and choreographer Raza Hammadi.
